Sports FUNdamentals is a great way to introduce your preschooler to the basics of sports in a fun, noncompetitive way. Kids will learn the techniques of throwing, catching and dribbling a variety of balls, as well as kicking and aiming. We will also introduce proper stance and swinging techniques with racquets and bats. Your preschooler will have a great time learning new skills, then applying them in a variety of games.

Sports FUNdamentals covers a broad range of skills that make it unlike other programs. Kids will be building their physical abilities and applying them in a series of engaging activities that reinforce the skills. The session is divided into four sports: football, soccer, t-ball and basketball. Utilizing a series of different games for each skill allows kids to approach the skill in several ways, and keeps preschoolers’ attention engaged.
Each class begins with Circle Time (5 minutes) to get the kids warmed up and focused, and introduce them to what they will be learning that day. Then it’s on to the skill of the day. The class will close with a wrap-up and cool down.
