My name is Lindy Washer. I am married with a five-year-old daughter and a lifelong love of sports. In school, I was on the basketball, softball and field hockey teams, as well as on a community swim team. I have played ALTA and USTA tennis for years, as well as flag football. I have worked with children professionally in a variety of capacities. I started my working life as a dental assistant in a children’s dental practice. I was a teacher at Creme de la Creme and have tutored children privately in academics. I have also worked with children at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and for the Brain Tumor Foundation For Children in Atlanta. I taught basketball, t-ball, football and soccer before deciding to form my own program.
My goal is to bring the wonderful world of sports to kids at an early age, giving them the skills and confidence to enjoy sports throughout their lives. |
